Increased congressional terms to 4 year's from 2 to hopefully increase capacity for the people's business and decrease their election panhandling.
Specific to the House of Representatives
It is still less than the Senate term. I agree that these campaigns are a huge drain on the economy. They create nothing from so much capital investment. This seems reasonable. Perpetual campaigns for Congress is less productive.

I would clarify that you mean the House of Representatives. Congress is the House and Senate together, unless you also want to change Senate terms.
"The term of service for members of the House of Representatives shall be increased to 4 years, with half of the Members up for reelection every two years."
